GROWING GIFTS THROUGH DANCE

BYPC Dance: Classes

Photos Dance

The Dance Program at BYPC is designed for both the serious and recreational dancer with a focus on solid technique, proper alignment, strength, flexibility, coordination, rhythm, musicality and artistry in a professional and nurturing environment. At the heart of BYPC’s dance program is musical theatre. With a curriculum founded in the mastery of ballet and jazz techniques - our program offers classes in a wide range of disciplines from ballet, jazz, theatre jazz, tap, lyrical, to hip hop.

What sets BYPC apart is our spotlight on performance – artistry, imagination, characterization, and musicality. We believe that dance is an art form, not a competition. For the serious musical theatre performer our curriculum blends dance, music, and acting to build the triple threat performer. Our program builds confidence, creativity, team work, and self expression – each valuable life skills.

BYPC’s dance faculty are chosen for both their dance and teaching expertise. Our teachers exemplify BYPC’s philosophy of growing the gifts in each child through the art of dance. Class sizes are limited insuring the highest quality dance education for each student. Proper class placement is advised and is required in level IV classes.

So, whether your opening night dreams are to standing room only audiences in Grandma’s parlor or in a Tony award winning Broadway Musical – BYPC has a dance program for you. Register now!
